Static Website needs to be done in Wordpress - Must know how to use Wordpress as a CMS

Following website needs to be done in Wordpress: URL: [login to view URL] Site map follows: [login to view URL] New WebSite URL: [login to view URL] You will NOT install any plug-ins at all. I need this to be built using the base software only. You will need to design a [login to view URL] page which will be loaded instead of the regular wordpress page. This is done automatically so no need for any programming here. I am not asking you to design a theme since i plan to purchase a theme for this project. All i want you to do is to move all content (check the sitemap) which includes text / images / forms over to wordpress and use it as a CMS without installing ANY additional plug-ins. AGAIN, project is for you to move all content over to wordpress listed above and use the software as a CMS. Let me know your ideas for using wordpress as a CMS.
