I'm running "C:\Program Files (x86)\IIS Express\[login to view URL]" /siteid:15
and later trying to open asp.net web admin tool by link: http://localhost:56340/[login to view URL]:\VB_NET\WebForumA\&applicationUrl=/ that is not working
("C:\Program Files (x86)\IIS Express\[login to view URL]" /path:c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\[login to view URL] /vpath:"/[login to view URL]" /port:56341 /clr:4.0 /ntlm - provide mistake "unable to connect SQL server)
my issue: how to fix it & open asp.net web admin tool?
