Android and/or Symbian app - Capture sound from the mic

I want a simple Android and/or Symbian app that can do the following: 1. Record sound from the mic and save to a file with Speex codec in real-time, i.e the file should be ready when the recording stops. 2. Upload the SPEEX file to a server using HTTP POST 3. Receive JSON back from the server 4. Read data from the JSON and do another HTTP POST to another server 6. Receive JSON back with a URL + HTML 7. Display the HTML 8. Fetch a MP3 file from the URL from step 6 9. Play the MP3 Here are a library for Speex: <[login to view URL]> This project only involves Android/Symbian development. The server side code is already done!
