Required is a MS Detours or similar DLL that will override the File > Open dialog when it's called from a browsers "Browse..." button.
When "Browse..." or "Choose file..." is clicked in a browser, the DLL should display call a Custom VB.net app (which I'll provide) for file selection on the local machine. Once a file is chosen, it should return the path to the browser via named pipes, registry entry or any other method you choose, so that browser can perform the file post normally.
I have some C code from a previous vworker who was unable to complete the project for personal reasons. You are welcome to review and/or use it for this project as well.
Requirements:
* Needs to work on IE8/9 and Firefox. Extra bonus if you can make it work on Chrome as well.
* Custom form displayed should be vb.net
* must work on any website, which uses the standard tag "<input type=file"
* Users running this solution will have fulll local admin rights
