pgagent admin stored procs (pl/pgsql)

I am looking for a postgresql database adminitrator with excellent pl/pgsql skills. This project involves creating pl/pgsql stored procedures to provide the same administration functionality as provided by pgAdmin. So that I can use the stored procedures developed in this project to Create/Modify/delete the following: 1. Multi-step jobs: SQL Steps Shell/batch steps 2. Multi-schedule jobs: Cron-style schedules Start/stop date & time Enable/disable Exception dates and/or times The stored procedures developed in this project must insert/modify/delete data in the correct PgAgent pga_job, pga_jobstep, pga_jobagent, pga_schedule tables. The objective of the project is to be able to create jobs and schedules etc by using only the stored procedures developed in this project, and not to use the pgAdmin GUI. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
