Hi!
I am a blogger and a freelance ghostwriter. I am happy to work for you.
Here are some of my short and simple works:
1. The Stranger Friend
Carl Jung introduced us to archetypes, the universal pattern of behavior or characteristic that represents a distinct personality.
Let’s talk about the mother archetype.
Think of the first three traits you can think of to describe a mother.
Mine are: Caring, protective, and willing to sacrifice.
Recently, I met someone and within the 72 hours of knowing each other, he bluntly blurted out that my motherly nature is somewhat causing me self destruction. Prior to that, I was doubting myself If I had any.
Being the eldest in the family, I was used to being the protector and the one in charge of looking out for my siblings. Growing up, I was forced to think ahead of my age since I usually hang out with older friends – leaving my other friends who are the same age as mine with this “feeling” mature, motherly like friend.
I have to admit, I like taking care of people. It gives me a distinct happiness knowing that someone is dependent on me and the pleasure of people seeking refuge from me is fulfilling.
Then I met the person who told me that I should start taking care of myself. That to be selfish is okay and that a lifetime of giving without keeping for yourself is tiring.
Sometimes, what you needed to hear comes from a total stranger. Then from that point forward, that stranger becomes a friend.
