Civi CRM Issues with dashboard and saving

For my wordpress website [login to view URL], we are having so many issues with Civi CRM. For a while the dashboard would not load what so ever. We hired someone to get the dashboard to load, and it shows up on my computer but not my bosses, even though were using the same browsers and settings. Now the dashboard and CIVI are not working properly at all. clicking on some menu items, including the save button when you try to enter a new contact, kicks us out of wordpress and asks to log back in. half of the Civicrm buttons I press are logging me out instead of working. we are unable to add new contacts, and when we try to upload pictures it says invalid file extension, or logs us out of wordpress. We just want a fully functional Civi please help!
