Development of custom plug ins for woocommerce subscription

Our company is a software publisher dedicated to the transport of people. As part of the upcoming launch of our new app "WAY-Partner", dedicated to independent drivers, we are looking for an available profile with experience in developing custom plug-ins for WordPress and more specifically Woocommerce. The architecture of the site, already in place, is based on "Woocommerce Subscription", which will manage subscriptions to WAY-Partner. The plugins to be developed must cover the following needs: Phase 1 (if possible on a fixed price basis). - Phone number login plugin. We had identified a plug-in but it is not sufficient, so we need to develop the necessary complements that will allow us to o Identify the country independently of the phone number o To customise the front-end to propose only identification by telephone number - Plug in for the implementation of a fully customised WAY-Partner registration: steps involving the connection with two APIs (Siret and number plates) allowing the import of data from external databases. The registration screens are fully mocked up. Possibility of entrusting the graphic part of the pages to a resource from our team. Phase 2 (on an hourly basis). - Plug in of account synchronisation with our WAY-Partner system. Our technical teams will be involved in identifying the best possible method of data synchronisation, according to our architectural constraints.
