FEW FIXING ON CURRENT WORDPRESS SITE

I need few things to be fixed on my current wordpress website : NO PAYMENT UNLESS YOU PRESENT FINISHED PRODUCT ON YOUR SERVER. IF YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS THEN ONLY BID FOR THIS PROJECT. 1. As of now when we login on [login to view URL] we directly log on the front page and everyone is able to see all video and other content we want to create Secure front page like facebook has anyone inorder to excess anything on site has to create login id in order to excess content of the website like once they register then it will take them to current front page. for example facebook landing page.. 2. when they register as member they should have dorpdown where they can be able to register as Artist/band. /Professional / reg user 3. Every user should be able to upload music on there page /personal pic's and video's they should be able to upload there own video directly as well as you tube codes well they can also embed there you tube video's as well. 4. Admin should be able to upload there own video's on front page plus admin should be able to upload there own pic gallary which can be seen on landing page. we can create photo gallary tab plus somewhere on landing page there should be gallary too if we can adjust if not ppl can click on tab and that would direct to photogallary page. in other word admin photogallary/ video/music is different from register users profile photogallary/ video/music.
