Fix my wordpress site to function 100

I need to be able to import cars into my site using a simple csv format that will upload them. and All item descriptions must be able to be uploaded. I need Facebook and all social media login and function 100 percent on the site Meaning I need to be able to make comments and leave messages and login just like a normal member does I need the Cities to work geo location 100 percent meaning all the amounts listed for a category has to be listed per that city meaning if Frankfurt has 100 cars and Berlin has 9900 cars... When someone comes to the site in Frankfurt they should see only 100 cars being listed and not 10,000 [login to view URL] numbers need to show correctly on the entire website.. All things need to be correct I need each category to have its own slider set up at the top of the page. They must all be different. The categories are For Sale , Autos Property. And anytime in the future when i ad a category it must automatically be set up to have its own slider at the top of the page I need my inbox posting of messages and sending of messages to be improved. I need that when a seller post an item for sale in the classified area and a customer writes something on the wall of that Item.. The seller must get a notification providing what the seller wrote and a link that takes them to that item. I need a search set up for woocommerce that people can actually look for products such as fashion in a drop down format like it is on the classified them portion. And I need more stuff that i dont know about.. In the end it all has to work out. The post ad page needs to drop the categories down a lot faster. Example if you press Motors on Post ad page it should drop down automatically. The private information should be a drop down as well. SO it is not always seen.
