Psd to Wordpress Estate

I have a website I need coded into a wordpress. REQUIREMENTS: 1. You know wordpress. 2. It will work on mobile. 3. You know how to do good work. 4. You provide SUPPORT/CHANGES 5. You will NOT put this in your portfolio . DESIGN: The design is 1 PSD (homepage); I needed it coded exactly how it is; I need it to have a slider that can be changed out by client. For the inside pages you will just remove the slider from the psd and make it a generic page. The blog portion will comments allowed only once approved. There will be a contact form I need on the site, I will show you what it needs to look like. There will be a drop down, I will show you what it looks like; this must be easy for the client to do (add pages and sub pages). The background will be FIXED only the middle will move down. The navigation will scroll DOWN with the website. (not the logo). DEADLINE: This site must be done, uploaded and awaiting changes by client by 12/14/12 - 12/15/12.
