We need to automate scheduling in our Woocommerce ordering process by the "press of button" based on chronological steps. Automation would include the following processes: 1) Google Calendar Event with guest invitation for our independent contractor photographers; including order details in the google calendar invite. 2) Dropbox Shared Folders for daily batches for our editors and photographers. Edited and completed photos to be delivered back to each client. 3) Photographer payroll Google Spreadsheet updated based on Google Calendar events including travel fees. 4) MyGoogleMaps creation with radii based on Photographer location and respective travel fees in tabular format.
