Hey Leianne, I'd be more than happy to get this up to speed for you! I've successfully optimized more than 80 Wordpress stores (some for photographer/furniture stores too). I understand how important it is to have high quality retina images and understand how much impact it can have on a stores speed. Without chatting your ear off too much, I've checked your website and can see the issue isn't actually images believe it or not, there's quite a few areas of improvement which I've included below; - Slow server (I can see you're currently with Dreamhost, I'd recommend considering moving away - this isn't as difficult as it sounds and can generally be done within a couple of hours) - CDN (Cloudflare is a free option and relatively simple to setup) - Content Delivery (without going into too much detail, there's some quick wins I can achieve pretty quickly regarding the way your stores plugins and resources are being delivered to the users browser). I work full time and have a catalog of my previous work and optimizations, along with references from clients in the UK and US if you'd like them. Hello, Photos take a lot of space and take a while to load. What I will do is to keep the quality but drastically reduce the size and use CDN to show pictures in a faster way. As phones are on 4G, the size of a photo will slow everything else. Regarding plugins, it is the same. The more you use, the more you're website has to load = the slower it gets. Let me fix the issue for you and increase the Google page speed and other metrics. I will also check your SEO to increase organic traffic and Google Console to increase the speed of your page.
