I'm looking for a skilled WordPress professional to help improve my site's UI/UX and SEO. The website is [login to view URL] Key Requirements: 1. Update the Wordpress version. Please note that the link to update Wordpress expired and you have to do it manually. Perhaps it is the reason why it will not allow us to make any changes to the General Settings. Remove plug-ins that are no longer in use as well as older pages or blogs not related to Commercial real estate loans or Business loans.. 2. Redesign the homepage to make it more attractive, user-friendly, and professional. It should appeal particularly to professionals in the age group of 35-54. We are looking for something dynamic that pops out in reference to commercial real estate and business loans. Perhaps an areal affect. Please submit examples of what the website front page may look like. 2. Create an input form that our clients can fill out to send us a loan scenario. The loan scenarios will be email to us. We have an input form in PDF format that you can guide you in making it. 3. SEO optimize the following pages for [login to view URL] 1. Front page, 2. About us page and 3. Services page. I need for you to place the Meta tags for each one. You will have to create the meta-tags which include Title, Description, keywords and other. Please note that this is not ongoing monthly SEO but the optimizing and correction of the page to make sure pages are followed by search engines and HI and H2 titles are correct and no broken links. Etc. - Ideal Candidate: - Demonstrable experience in WordPress website redesigning, especially with a focus on improving user experience and aesthetics. - Proven track record in SEO improvement, with specific expertise in increasing organic traffic. - Understanding of the target audience (professionals aged 35-54) and ability to design a website that caters to their needs and preferences. Please include samples of previous work in your proposal. Your approach to both the UX/UI redesign and SEO webpage optimization improvement will be crucial in the decision-making process.
