ZenCart : Populate Site with products and minor front end

Hi, We have a website which is about 90% complete. A couple of small issues remaining: 1. Currently there are no products uploaded on the site. We can upload csv in admin, but these are not showing on the front end 2. Same for the Product Category and Sub Category Listing 3. We have a Quick Drop down menu - which needs minor data population and it needs to work like shown on this site: [login to view URL] this site shows 3 menus, but we only have two. Printer Make, then Printer Model. The user must select a Printer Make, then depending on which Make they select, only relevant Printer Models will appear. 4. It may also require a few minor layout adjustments, more likely to be small things,like alignments, size of fonts, CSS stuff. Don't think this is a big job for anyone who's experienced in Zen Cart, so please keep your bids low, around $50 or less. We're looking to have this all done by this weekend or Monday.
