Hi there, I am new to freelancer so I am getting to know the deal. I could do the job for less than the submitted quote, depending on the work involved. Key questions that I would like to know the answer to: - Is the entity registered for ABN/TFN? - Is the entity registered for GST? - What good/service does the company sell? - What was the turnover for FY 14 (or approximate)? - Do you expect to have made a profit = there will there be tax to pay? Registered tax agents can defer this liability until June 2015. - Is there a bank feed (export to csv) that I can code from to prepare the financials (P&L, BS, notes) - Will there be the need for some tax planning advice (i.e. if there is tax to pay, we can get creative to legally minimize the average tax rate faced)? - Have some level of tax invoices (receipts) been kept for substantiation to reduce tax audit risk?
