I am looking to setup asterisk-goautodial/other based contact center for handling 1) Inbound/Outbound Calls by agents. IVR, ACD , Predictive/Preview Dialing and integration with salesforce or other crm. Preferably I want that there is no need to upload csv files and leads are synced with crm and assigned to agents. Appointment Scheduling. Appointment Reminders to Customer. Sending out Emails/SMS on dispostions. 2) Blast SMS and Voice Call Campaigns.
