I am currently doing my master’s in computer science at Obuda University. I am a quick learner and I have experience in customer service and IT Support. I am currently working in Firebird Pvt. Ltd. Here, my main responsibility is to support client. I provide support through chat, email and over the call. I have worked in Salmat for Woolworths Online project. In Salmat I must provide support to the customer in chat, email and over the phone. This support was mainly based on banking transactions and product purchasing. Previously, I also have the experience to work with ticking system to manage customer complaints. In HP and alliance, my role as customer support in the field of IT for post and pre-sale of product.
