Zoho CRM - Order Form Autofill Customization -- 2

We are using Zoho CRM and would like to integrate our Order Form into it. Our Order Forms and website are currently powered by Squarespace. If needed, we are open to having our Order Forms custom coded. We have three order forms, please review them below: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] CURRENT PROCESS: When a client completes one of our order forms, we receive an email with this completed form. Please see attached for a screenshot ([login to view URL]) of what this looks like. We manually enter this information included in the order form in a new Order Request (originally titled Price Quotes module) in Zoho CRM. Please see attached for screenshot ([login to view URL]) of an Order Request. NEW PROCESS: What we need is for the information included in the order form to AUTOMATICALLY AUTOFILL into a NEW Order Request so we can save time by not having to do it manually every time. IMPORTANT NOTE: We have all of our Leads and Clients contact information located in a Contact Module (custom made). New customers are considered Leads. When they complete an order form, we can add in their information via the Order Request module. We DO NOT want Zoho CRM to automatically create a new contact for several reasons. We would need some way to approve this before saving/creating a new contact. Attached are screenshots. Please respond if you are able to do this customization and include your cost (please submit fixed rates only). If you do not believe this is possible, but have alternate solutions that would serve the same purpose, please include this in your bid.
