I am looking for a customer service manager for my watch shop who will primarily focus on resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate should have mid-level experience and expertise in customer service management. Tasks to be handled by the customer service manager include: - Extensive Knowledge of Watch Brands and Models - Good Understanding of the technical side of watches in general - Must be Fluent in English - Be able to manage and coordinate a small team of customer service operators - Answering customer inquiries - Managing returns and exchanges - Resolving customer complaints The expected volume of complaints per day is between 10-50. Therefore, the candidate should have the ability to handle a moderate volume of complaints efficiently and effectively. The customer service manager should have mid-level experience and expertise in customer service management. They should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
