Openlayers for Drupal 7.

I have been working on a openlayers project in Drupal, but am a little stuck so i need someone to complete the project or start from scratch, if prefered. I need an EXPERT on OPENLAYERS AND DRUPAL for this. If you are not, then dont reply. 1. Content type where users can upload tracks (.gpx) Tracks is viewable for only creator and group members (organic group is installed) Multiupload tracks (already installed) Show all tracks on OL map. 2. Content type where users can draw vectors and points. User decide if Vectors is viewable for all or only creator and group members. Show all vectors on OL map. 3. Import csv. Huge csv to be imported to show on OL. (about 250000 points) Show all points on OL map. Bounding box or whatever is best for showing points only in selected area for best speed and load. This has to load quick. I have imported a couple of thousends points just for testing, but i do have a problem importing the whole file. Work around or split up of the csv will have to be done some how. All of the above shows on the same OL map, with different layers for each option.
