$30-250 USD
Paid on delivery
My [login to view URL] account was restricted for selling branded material. They requested from me the invoices showing the purchase of these material and the source in order to authenticate and make sure these material are original and not some duplicate. I haven't purchased the material yet and I appealed to the case by explaining this to them but they didn't accept that, it seems. I live in Oman in the Arab Gulf and I cannot call them and speak to them by phone.
What caused this in my view is some cases opened against me for a delay in delivery which happened due to a holiday of 1 week in China, which escalated the whole thing.
I need someone who can take care of this issue and remove the restriction and restate my account so I may start selling again.
Further details on the subject will be provided once required.
Payment will be done only if the account is restated and they allow me to sell again.
Hi there,
I'm Steve and I'm offering you free advice here. It's up to you whether or not you go with it but here it is.
It is very unlikely you will get your account reinstated for the following reasons.
1. You were selling branded items (Vero) I have been caught a number of times myself
2. You were dropshipping items out of China which carries its own risks
3. You will have bad feedbacks / low DSR caused by the cases opened against you
4. You couldn't guarantee delivery within 30 days which Ebay will tolerate to a degree on new products but not to even have the products in hand is not what Ebay want to hear. Never tell them you are dropshipping that's a definite lost account right there.
Having invoices and ID means nothing to Ebay what they are concerned about is your business model. You didn't have the items in your possession and you were let down by not having the continuity of supply arranged during the Chinese holiday which makes you a risk,
Dropshipping causes a lot of problems I should know I've been on Ebay for years and always had a problem with it. You need to have reliable suppliers who you can speak to immediately if there is a problem.
Sounds harsh but I'm telling it how it is. The best way is to go stealth and develop new accounts and build. Spread the risk so if one causes a problem it doesn't affect them all and stay under the Ebay radar.
That's my thoughts if you need any further information then please let me know
Good luck
Steve
