I need a PHP API library to interface a website with HUAWEI mobile USB modem stick E1750 to send and receive SMS to the website. What I am thinking of is to POST the SMS details to a URL where the modem is connected, and that URL page will do the posting, and for the receiving, I would like to get your ideas for the listening process and the handling of the received SMS.
