Design Custom You Tube Page

I need CUSTOM design made for a you tube channel. The colors used need to be blue, red, white, and maybe green in the right tone and in moderation. I'll upload a company logo for this winner of the project- use the hex colors in that logo for the colors. The theme for the page is a auto loan company so maybe having 100 bills on the page, anything related to money, cars, and lending money. I need a high-end design, no goofy cheesy design. You'll also need to make it work on ALL screen resolutions. The final output will be a PSD, and you'll need to integrate it on you tube so be experienced with that.
