We have a list of 10,000 zipcodes from the US that need to be plotted on a google map with some opacity so we can figure out what cities the zipcodes are located around. Ideally, we would like this project done TODAY. IF you have skills to do this and are comfortable working with Google Maps, their API, EXCEL zipcodes, etc, please feel free to apply. Please provide ONE example of a project you've done that actually involves maps. If you've never done this before or it will take longer than a few hours to complete....you do not know what you're doing and will not be hired.

Here is my details :- Above mentioned details is negotiable.I have 5+ years of experience in developing website and desktop application using .Net (2005, 2008.2010) and sql server (2005) as database. Desktop Application we developed :- POS for Restaurant Management ( touch screen ) POS for Retail Management. ( touch screen ) Others 1) Restaurant Website using visual studio 2005 and sql server 2005. 2) Two Real Estate websites one of them using visual studio 2008 and other one with visual studio 2010 and both has database as sql server 2005. 3) We used web content management for website. i.e. when site is completed and given to the client at that time every pages is blank, until the client upload the content, photos and videos in respective pages. We developed this in such a way that whatever the content or photos or videos is uploaded it is automatically managed and display to the users in perfect UI. For this we provide admin panel for web content management to the client for uploading content, photos and videos to the web site. 4) In all of our website there is admin panel for each registered users where user can add images, give his twitter, face- book and myspace links from admin panel, upload you tube videos, and others. Hi fgexpert, Based on your requirements, this looks like a straight forward "find all city points that fall within zipcode polygons" analysis. It can be easily expanded to find those city points (or boundaries) that are near if you provide the extents beyond the zipcode boundary you are wanting. I'm very familiar with this type of work, yet most of my work has been done on Elance, and I am just expanding to Freelancer.
