[NEEDED] Looking for a Very Skilled/Experienced Video Game Programmer

Our game development company is known as Motivart Studios, LLC . We're a fairly new company with experienced employees that stay very well connected using Skype group chats. We have one big and one smallish project in the progress of their development, both of which are under NDA and we are governed under Texas State Law. We are a friendly open minded team that work together and help out with ideas, giving open friendly criticism to each other when either you or another have some assets in progress because we are very aesthetic and publishing games of great quality for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, Steam (PC, Mac, & Linux), iOS/iPhone/iPad, Windows Phone, Android, and other platforms to be discussed in the near future. We have the expenses to publish as many creatively unique quality games as our robotic hearts and creative minds desires. Payment: (We do not have enough money to pay from start) Sales Percentage Royalty: You'll receive anywhere from 1% - 30% based on your effort and time, work flow and how much impact the employee makes on each game project with even ideas and communication making a difference to the percentages given. Requirements: - Experience with Javascript or C# Programming, with the ability to create anything from AI Systems, Controls, Touch Ups on codes already purchased, etc. - Knowledge of gaming. - Ability to work at least 3 days a week, and Skype call at least twice a week for planning and evaluating on not just you but on us as well, we want you to know you will be treated just like the CEO gets treated, you will always have a say in everything. Either way we still try and communicate even a little on a day to day basis to keep the team motivated and actually feel part of the development helping with more ideas or tweaking concepts just by subtracting or adding ideas to aspects of the project.
