First you either want this to be augmented reality or have no movement. If you have movement and people can't see they're gonna end up tripping and you'll get your ass sued which is bad. My suggestion is to do this with Android before you do it with iOS though since this is Unity that's done relatively easily... I am doing something similar right now with the Samsung VR so I have a solid foundation of where to start and what to do here...
