I would like to be able to create 2 buttons that would be located in the content of the email that we be included in automated outbound emails in Goldmine CRM that the receivers of the email can click on to do the following. 1. Button 1 - Receiver of email can click on the button and it will respond to the email confirming the meeting and will also automatically put the next meeting information into their calendar using icalander file format. The information would include who the meeting is with, topic of meeting, location of meeting and date and time which is taken from userfields in Goldmine CRM 2. Button 2 - Receiver of email can click on the button and it will automatically prepare an email to sender requesting to re-schedule meeting.
