Wordpress plugin development

We want a wordpress plugin which can handle event ticketing (selling of movies or plays or theater tickets) The basic functionality of the plugin will be that On our wordpress based website anyone can post his/her event for selling tickets through our website. Once the event is posted, if the customer buy the ticket a "x" percentage will be deducted from the amount as our fee for letting them use our website and the reminder will be transferred to the event host or the individual who posted the event details on our website. The payment gateway will be paypal and it should also accept credit and debit cards. It should also ask the customers address so that the event ticket is delivered to the customer. Once all the transaction is completed a mail should be forwarded to the event host consisting all the information about the sales and customer address so that they can deliver the ticket to the customer. Another plugin that we want is for selling images on our website: we want to get image gallery developed, through which we can sell the images through paypal or internet banking gateways. After the customer pays for the image he can download high res image form the gallery.
