I am hiring freelance recruiter who have worked on IT and NON IT position . If you have prior experience of working on mid and senior label profile , it would be preferred. Any interested candidates please DM me.... Payouts-We pay on the % of invoice value (25% or 50%) . The payouts are mentioned in the JD when requirements are shared with you on your official Email ID. Payouts are unchanged & depend on the following criteria: 1. The seniority of the JD. sign up rates with clients, 3. CTC Terms & Conditions - · Candidate should mention our reference at the time of interview. · The replacement period is 90 days. Joined candidate should be in the system of our client for a minimum of 90 days. · Recruiter will get the Pay-out after completion of 2 to 3 months of selected candidate. · Replacement of the candidate has to be provided by recruiter for the candidate joined by recruiter. And if the candidate placed by recruiter leaves the organization within 1 month and if the client does not pay the company then recruiter are not liable for this amount.
