Virtually, I have 2 years of experience in the recruitment field. As Project and HR Facilitator for a CEO of an Australian construction company, I single-handedly set up the Human Resource Department for remote employees. It entailed creation of the recruitment and on-boarding procedural system, creation of job posting, assessment of resume, conducting interviews, administering exams that I have constructed, creation of interview evaluation and written exams evaluation, conducting orientation of company values and culture, and company policies, and conducted training on Asana, Google Drive.
In a regular office set-up, as the Head of the Service Department of an appliances manufacturing company for almost 2 year, one of my functions was to recruit personnel - conducted interviews, assessed resume, liaised with the Human Resources Department of the company. It was also my responsibility to make the final decisions as far as recruitment is concerned.
