we hope the person can work at least 1year and can speak chinese, our office in Germany is not not big, so it's not very difficult
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist in the establishment of overseas branches, daily operation related needs management, such as: overseas rental, overseas car rental, overseas insurance, overseas logistics,after-services etc.
2. Responsible for receiving overseas customers, suppliers, government personnel, etc.;
3. Responsible for overseas exhibitions, air tickets, visas, employee insurance and other business docking, processing and expense reimbursement;
4. Responsible for the reception of the conference, assist in organizing large and small meetings of the company;
5. Other administrative matters, such as environment improvement, meeting room inspection, asset management, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business, English, Germany or related;
2. Standard and fluent in English, Germany can be used as working language;
3. More than 3 years of administrative and business related work experience, with overseas dispatch, visa work experience is preferred;
4. Clear and organized thinking, good at communication and summary, good learning ability, ability to work under pressure;
5. Strong communication and coordination ability, proactive, strong sense of service, good image temperament;
6. Work actively serious, honest and trustworthy, self-drive and sense of responsibility.
