Program and model a simple 3D mobile game in Unity

The Game will be similar to pinball; but will not be played on pinball style machine. The game is primarily intended for mobile platforms. Should be compatible with IOS, Android and Microsoft web store, and desktop. I am looking for someone who can help code, and design the game as well create the art assets. Create and program the game play. As stated, game-play will be similar to pinball, but it should not look or feel like a pinball machine, similar mechanics and coding will be required, mostly via the effect the game elements have on the ball. The player will have very little actual control over the ball, but will be able to make slight adjustments in its movement. The ball is not a character with character style movements, its not that kind of game; however, the camera will need to follow the ball in natural, smooth, comfortable and useful way. Design and create level change, and game play rewards. Create the game art. I need around 15 game elements (things like bumpers) some may require simple animation, many will also need to affect the balls movement like flippers, and 20 or 30 modular meshes to make the levels. They'll need to be high quality low poly models and materials. I would also like the game to work and look good on desktop, so maybe you could make high quality models, and low quality counter parts. Materials, and so forth do not need to be custom, they can be part of a pack or something, and should have some easy way for me to change the look: simply such as color to change the look of the levels. I may also need slight changes to elements to create multiple looks for the meshes like pumpers, perhaps you create minor styles. The point is to have variety in way the levels look and feel. We are mostly talking about ramps, and curves and similar items nothing complex. The level peaces, and game elements like bumpers etc, need to be designed to fit and work and look good together. You can use place holder particles and sound, that I can replace later. Create the Game UI, I'll provide the UI elements/graphics for you to use. Put together a single sample level, that incorporates the elements, to help me put the game levels together as a place to start. This should be basically complete and playable game with the UI etc.
