Build a mobile 3D Unity app that showcases a realistic avatar with hair (asset are provided)

We are looking to build a mobile 3D Unity app that showcases a realistic avatar with hair (asset are provided). Below are the requirements: 1. The app should display a woman avatar with 3 switchable long hair models in 3D, as demonstrated in the attached video. 2. The app should include 1 woman avatar (you can use the template avatar from the attached file named Avatar) and 3 3D woman long hair models (you can use the hair model from the attached files named Avatar, hair_model1, hair_model2, hair_model3 or use your own hair models if the provided ones cannot be rendered realistically). The app should be in English. 3. The avatar should be viewable, allowing users to rotate it 360 degrees from left to right and 45 degrees from top to bottom. 4. Shader is the most important part of this project (you can use any online asset or do it your own). The hair models should look realistic, as shown in the attached video. The hair shader should be set appropriately, ensuring that the alpha channel displays the hair strands at the tail of the hair. Additionally, the hair should be opaque enough to look realistic. 5. The hair needs to be rigged to enable it to swing when the avatar is scrolled quickly. 6. The seller must deliver the Unity project file with source code and all configs (Unity version 2021.3 is prefered), and it should be deployable to mobile devices. 7.
