Job Title: Personal Virtual Assistant Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Flexible) About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Personal Virtual Assistant to provide personalised administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the founder’s working life and communication. Key Responsibilities: -Assist with daily time management and scheduling of meetings. -Handle communications and correspondence without direct access to the personal calendar. -Make purchases and manage transactions using a designated virtual card. -Conduct research and gather data to lay the groundwork for business ventures. -Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms. -Perform bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports. -Offer customer service support and handle inquiries with professionalism. -Create and edit content for blogs, articles, and promotional materials. -Address technical needs, including website maintenance and software troubleshooting. -Undertake personal errands to support the entrepreneur’s focus on launching businesses. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
