As a virtual assistant for our renovation company, your main responsibility will be answering incoming calls from potential clients interested in home renovation. You will be expected to handle calls professionally, answer any questions the caller may have, and provide them with information about the company's services. Your compensation for this position will be based on a combination of a payment for each call you answer, as well as a percentage of any deals you help close. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to communicate effectively with clients, build rapport, and represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner. You should be comfortable with sales techniques and able to handle objections and negotiate deals when necessary. Additionally, you should be organized and able to manage your time effectively, as you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met.
