I have 5 x wifi routers with each 4 x simcards, 4 x 4G PCIe modems built-in. There is a factory configuration on the router but I am having problems with the 4G connections. The modems keep connecting and disconnecting and it is not the signal because I have other LTE modems in the same office that I get good speeds up and download. I need a stable, high as possible speed connection and equal load balancing between the 4 modems.

The unique thing about this board is that it needs to have 4 dedicated USB 3 host controllers, connect to an M.2 slot and have a specific shape as it's intended for a specific embedded computer, an Odroid H2 It would be similar in function to this Hipoint PCIE card as it has 4 dedicated controllers It would be simpler as this does not require the PLX chip, It's intended for the Odroid H2 which supports PCIE bifurcation so each PCIE lane can go directly to a controller. I am looking to buy a piece of code in C that will support reading and writing multiple bytes in burst mode on PCI or PCIe. We design PCI/e communication cards that require fast data read. Today we are able to read 32 bits in a single PCI cycle, and get 2 such cycles in 1 microsecond. What we need is a PCI burst of multiple dwords.
