Build a Website

We are requiring the services of a very good web developer/programmer to make a number of revisions and edits to our website. This web site is now "live" and can be viewed at www.xtrades.ca. These revisions/edits are the first of a number of stages of a a major project that can provide the successful bidder with a substantial revenue stream as it progresses. It was originally built by a freelancer BUT requires a number updates to the site so that it performs the way it should. These changes are mostly graphic in nature and should take no more than 15-20 hours at most to fix and possibly less. This is a great opportunity to work with a developing project that has tremendous potential for growth and revenue. The next stage will require the design and development of career/job fair portal that will be plugged into our site to provide additional services and revenue streams for the web site. Note: All PSD's have been created already to reflect those edits/revisions/changes required for this project! As a web developer/programmer, it is essential that you have a eye for detail and a perfectionist in the work you do and provide. IF you cannot offer this, then please do not bid on this project. YOU MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST TWO (2) SAMPLES OF WORK TO REFLECT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH BUILDING JOB BOARDS. Important: PREFERENCE in awarding this project will be to THOSE who have experience and background in building/designing job boards, career portals and IF possible, an Online Career Fair/Portal. More details about the site will be made available to those bidders that I feel are qualified and can do the changes/revisions necessary. Milestones will be setup as follows: 25% on the awarding of project to successful bidder, 50% when the changes/edits have been made and the final 25% when ALL changes have been successfully implemented, reviewed and fully operational.
