Job Board/Site

Project: Job Board Description: I am seeking a unique and gifted programmer/web designer that has experience in building a high-end job board that will allow employers to post jobs. This job board is unique in that it WILL NOT be like a traditional job board that allows jobseekers to upload a resume or employers to sort/search jobseekers/candidates. Employers and jobseekers will be matched via "Keywords". Requirements for EMPLOYERS: This is the first of three (3) stages in the development of a job board that will have other components added to it in the very near future. For Employers, they will require the need to create an employer account/profile (with logo) to upload job postings (employment opportunities) and pay through a PayPal integration tied to their account. IMPORTANT: Employers will have the option to create keywords (maximum of 20) in their postings i.e. city, state/province, skillset, job title etc that will be matched to "Keyword Alerts" created by jobseekers. The website WILL require the ability for employers to pay for job postings through a simple PayPal integration in their account. Requirements for JOBSEEKERS: There will be NO registration option/component for jobseekers. They will NOT have the option of uploading a resume in the site. Jobseekers WILL only have the option to create "Keyword Alerts" (maximum 20 keywords) relating to their skills, location, talents etc. that can be used to match them to "keywords" in jobs posted by employers. The "Keyword Alert" system will identify the user (jobseeker) through a unique ID that is saved in their browser through a cookie. Deleting cookies from the job board will cause keyword alerts to be deleted. For an example of this, please go to [login to view URL] Overall DESIGN Scheme: All PSD's will be provided and you have a bit of freedom with the specifics of the implementation. Database architecture, for example, or using tools such as Google search. The overall design of this site is very straight forward and simple. There is an opportunity for a substantial amount of work in the future as we build the site with additional components to enhance our revenue base. Administration/backend: I also require a very simple backend/database that will allow the administrator (login) to post/edit jobs for employers, delete/edit employer accounts, add/remove banners etc. Additional Project Requirements: 1) The successful applicant MUST show previous work with building a job board with PayPal integration or similar; 2) You are extremely talented in programming with the ability to take PSD's to HTML with a sharp eye for detail and professionalism; 3) Additional features and components will be added to the site as it grows and provides the opportunity for long-term work for you; 3) This is the first (1) of three (3) major components with this site and is budgeted at between $1,000 and $2,000. The anticipated budget for the entire project (3 components) combined is approximately $20,000+. Stages 2 & 3 will be started at the successful completion of the first stage.
