Hi! We are are trying to build a form on an Instapage. People will enter their zip code or location and then we need it to populate a list of the nearest location(s) and maybe a map. They should be able to select one. They will fill out a form that pops up. However, we also need the location they selected on the first page to carry over in the form data. We are looking for this to be completed ASAP. To summarize, we need someone to help us configure the location list to populate based on zip code/location entry. And we need to ensure that the location the person selects is pass through in the form fill.
